From: Dr. Diane Poole Heller

Hi and Welcome,

It’s an extraordinary time to be a therapist. Our field of psychotherapy is undergoing a dramatic evolutionary upgrade with unprecedented breakthroughs and massive paradigm shifts in neuroscience, trauma resolution, somatic therapy, couples therapy, and mindfulness research – we’re experiencing an exciting renaissance.

I believe our community is helping humanity grow and expand beyond what we ever thought possible. I also believe we should support and help each other grow and thrive.

As therapists we need PRACTICAL knowledge we can actually use in our practice to help our clients. What’s critical is not more information, but WISDOM shared from those who are using it on a day-to-day basis.

Imagine tapping into the latest cutting-edge research, tools, and advances in the therapy world every month.

If you want regular case studies and real life examples…
If you want to be in community with practicing therapists who are sharing and supporting each other…
If you want access to leading experts in the therapy world…

AND if you want to take your techniques, knowledge, and training to the next level…

...then look no further, because the Therapy Mastermind Circle gives you all these things and more to help you in your practice.

We have an exciting first year curriculum and a powerful lineup of experts planned.

I look forward to seeing you in the Therapy Mastermind Circle.

With love,
Dr. Diane Poole Heller

2016 Upcoming Clinical Themes
of the Therapy Mastermind Circle
MODULE 1
Enlivening Intimacy, Sensuality & Sexuality

This Module explores how to integrate four complex dynamics that affect intimacy.

This module is designed to identify and release painful patterns, recognize specific Attachment styles and apply the corresponding Corrective Experiences. This work serves to enliven significant relationships with sensuality, clarity, and fun. Experiential exercises for individuals as well as couples are provided.
FEBRUARY
Attachment, Intimacy, and Sexuality
Restore healthy bonding and relaxation in the relational field by correcting insecure attachment disruptions (avoidant, ambivalent & disorganized). Support your clients towards regaining their inherent secure attachment.
MARCH (PART A)
Sexuality, Life Force, and Aliveness
Enhance vitality and essential feistiness in aftermath of trauma while releasing constricted threat or depression into expansive joy and an enlivened sense of self.
MARCH (PART B)
Sacred Sexuality
How do you protect and honor yourself and your partner as a sexual being? Integrate the sexual instinct with safety and sacredness.

APRIL (PART A)
Living a Real and Passionate Life
Enhance a deep sense of Being through mindfulness, presence, and embodiment
APRIL (PART B)
Gender Identity and Fluidity
Explore expectations and the interplay of men’s and women’s gender roles in adult relationships.
MAY
Life Review of Conditioning Related to Sexual Beingness
Discover how sexual history impacts one's current intimate relationships.
JUNE
Healing the Heart/Genital Split
How do we support couples with the tension they may feel between committed love and passionate sexuality to avoid disconnection, "parentalizing" your partner and possible infidelity?
MODULE 2
Working with Your Most Complicated Clients:
Transforming Trauma & Compassionate Approaches Treating Personality Disorders

JULY (PART A)
Trauma as a Gateway to Spiritual Transformation
We will examine possibilities that can bring the experience of trauma healing into dimensions of transcendence and spiritual realization, deepening integration of spiritual states while learning somatic strategies to embody them.

AUGUST (Part B)
Trauma as a Gateway
In this exploration we will focus on the inherent alchemical power of trauma, exploring the topics of fragmentation and spiritual access, core intactness, the power of presence, integration, and the practice of mindfulness (individual self-awareness as well as relational mindfulness).

SEPTEMBER
Schizoid Tendency & Avoidant Attachment
Re-Balancing over intellectualization and underdeveloped emotional responsiveness as well as appreciating brilliancy in the mind. Or more simply, connecting mind, heart and body.
OCTOBER
Narcissistic Tendency & Wounded Attachment
Understanding and acknowledging the counter-transference related to the hurt and a sense of unworthiness that often underlies a lack of empathy and grandiosity.

NOVEMBER
Borderline Tendency as Extreme Manifestation in the Continuum of Ambivalent Attachment
Supporting integration of primitive splitting between idealization and the anger from perceived abandonment. This flipping between You're the BEST or You're the WORST can threaten any relationship - including the therapeutic alliance.
DECEMBER
Dissociation, DID & Disorganized Attachment
Working with severe trauma, ANS dys-regulation, encapsulated child states, as well as the disorienting Attachment disruption underlying Dissociative Identity Disorder . We also honor the role and resiliency in using "controlled dissociation" as a step toward healing and integration of "parts."
“This training helped me frame therapeutic work both within the individual as well as in large organizations. It showed how to heal and reform corrections at whatever level, within ourselves, families, and work places, so we can be our best – solo or together.”
– Ann Weatherley

"Diane is masterful at teaching us how to transform our clients’ lives and influence our own relationships toward more fulfillment. I see the power of this work daily in my clients and in my own relationships. Everyone interested in deeper connection and a gentle path toward healing should enroll now!”
– Alicen Halquist, SEP, LPC, ACA, Boulder, CO
